Hi There! Rachel Bachand here with RE/MAX 24/7 Real Estate. I am pleased to say that the Fox Cities has been my home my entire life. I currently live on the North side of Appleton with my husband, three children and various pets. I enjoy hiking, camping, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Previously, I was in the apartment rental industry as manager of 165 units and have a lot of knowledge about rental properties and investments. The knowledge I gained there has helped my real estate career tremendously over the years and am I happy to share my experience and knowledge.
I have been a licensed real estate agent for a number of years and am a member of The Werth Team, which as of Dec 2009 is the top team North of Milwaukee and #3 top team in the entire state of Wisconsin. There are six of us on the team and we work together on a daily basis meeting our buyers and sellers needs.
I am also experienced at working with people relocating in and out of our area. Having lived here my whole life, I can offer knowledge about what our area has to offer as well as points of interest, etc. to anyone coming here from out of the area.
